2 time's a charm.. 10:34 PM

Remembered what I posted last time about how I was getting better? Throw that away.

People, if you think you are unlucky, think again. You probably haven't met me yet.

I fell sick again. The 2nd time in a week. How unlucky is that.

It is totally ridiculous. I think I have gotten some bad karma or heaven is making a fun out of me.

There I was, with my worn out self falling sick on Sunday night, coming up with fever, cough, sore throat. It didn't get any better the next day, and after much struggling in school for GMP quiz, got back to see the doc. Luckily, it was just the common flu and I'll be fine after a few days. Everything was all well and fine for the next few days, although I didn't feel really good.

The unfortunate day came on Thursday, when my Dad brought home take away food from outside. He bought 5 packs of Nasi Lemak, and I randomly took 1 of them. However, it had to be IT. In 1 out of 5 chance, I was lucky enough to choose the one that is "poisoned". Nothing came wrong after I finish eating it, until I woke up at 2am in the middle of the night.

I was in such pain. My stomach feels like there are a zillion tiny micro-organisms beating and poking at it from the inside. I couldn't get to sleep at all. I struggled to even get to sleep. It was so horrible that I was perspiring a lot even though I am sleeping in an air-conditioned room. After much torture, I fell asleep at 4am+. But I was so tired that I couldn't move. I didn't feel like eating and I was dehydrated, I don't think I am, I know I am.

The doctor was surprised to see me again within a week. After visiting the doc and gotten medicine, I went home to sleep... for 8 hours. 11am - 7pm. Being sick is a torture. Eating becomes a chore. The tastiest food tastes bland, my favorite food taste like sand. I was seriously bed-ridden for the whole of Friday after coming back from doc's. Waking up to eat dinner, getting back on the by 8.30 and sleeping at 9pm or so until morning today.

Due to this, I had to miss out on so much fun. Kbox trip after Friday's PA lab with MH and the rest, DK Tourney in the afternoon today, Shobana and Boon Pin's overnight BBQ at East Coast Park now. All because of my unluckiness.

Trying to look on the bright side, I thought it would be a blessing in disguise as I would be able to take a long rest after falling sick. But it seems like a curse in disguise now. I have so many things to do and catch up on in school. BPT and PA projects are both due this coming week, not to add the weekly GMP facilitation. Not to mention the fact that I am still not fully recovered yet.

I am tired of all these. I need a break, a long one in fact. I have faced the devil! Now where is my guardian angel? A smile is all it takes from you and I know I'll be fine..
